Description of work:

• Exterior:
  • Seamless glass railings at balconies made with temper laminated glass. Top cap and bottom base with Kynar finish
  • Aluminum Louvers and gates made with custom squares staggered with different thickness. Louvers are anodized silver electrostatic painted
  • Exterior Aluminum and Galvanized Steel Cantilever stairs, with 3 points of support. The treads are boxed in steel with tile. Aluminum railings made with square posts and round handrail with marine grade 316L stainless steel horizontal cables. Railings and Stair are finished in electrostatic anodized silver

• Interior:
  • Steel Cantilever stairs with conceal side stringer. The treads have a conceal metal membrane that holds the glass railings. Wood tread are made in solid oak wood
  • Standoff Seamless glass railings with starphire temper laminated glass. Stainless steel brush solid standoff with stainless steel top cap and handrail.
