Description of work:

• Exterior:
  • Aluminum railings made in 3” x 1” rectangular members with marine grade 316L stainless steel horizontal cables. The aluminum members are finished in electrostatic anodized silver
• Interior:
  • Steel Cantilever stairs, with 3 points of support. The center stringer is concealed with metal cladding that contains indirect LED lighting. Stairs finish is electrostatic anodized silver. Wood tread and risers are made in solid oak wood
  • Railings are made in steel in 2” x ½” solid members with marine grade 316L stainless steel horizontal cables. The steel members are finished in electrostatic anodized silver
